On Fathering

For some of the recent and cutting edge scholarship on fathering, please check out the journal Fathering: A Journal of Theory, Research, and Practice about Men as Fathers.

I am the Editor of this journal and we have an outstanding group of Associate Editors. If you are interested in any of the articles in the journal, please contact me.

I also co-edited a Special Issue (2009) of the Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science, which was entitled Fathering across Diversity and Adversity: International Perspectives and Policy Interventions.

Here is a sampling of some of my writing on fathering/fatherhood. Please contact me if you would like a copy of any of these articles/chapters.
